7th April 2011 – A new version of Form E introduced by the Ministry of Justice yesterday is now available on the site.
It is understood that in most circumstances the new form should now be used for
Form E submissions. If you wish to make a submission using a copy of the old form,
it is suggested that you check with the Court concerned or with Her Majesty's Courts
and Tribunals Service (http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/)
to ascertain whether
it will be admissible.
For the time-being, the old Form E and associated continuation sheets are being
retained as downloadable forms on the myforms site. To distinguish these old forms
from the new form, the old forms' titles have been changed to commence with “Form
E Old...” Working copies of the old forms on your “My forms” page will be retained
as normal with their original title or the personal title that you have designated.
